I contacted Medion (it does bug me a bit not having the light up keyboard anymore) and they said this:   The issues you are experiencing will need to be looked at by a qualified technician.   Kindly provide us with the following information:  - A copy of the proof of purchase - Some pictures of the unit ( open and close , screen on and off) - Any passwords allowing the technical team to access the unit - Permission to reset and potentially erase all data - A convenient day Monday-Friday for the collection        - Let us know if you have a suitable box and packaging  We will be able to proceed with the case for you once we have all of this.  Please be aware as previously advised any data stored, its security and integrity is your responsibility.  I must advise you if our technicians determine that the unit has any physical damage your unit it won't be repair under the warranty.  Medion cannot accept or assume any responsibility pertaining to said data.  Medion recommends that all data stored on your product is backed up.   Not quite keen on that as a solution! ... So I asked for photos showing the damage that they said I had done to the laptop and I was convinced that they were not from my laptop. I compared the photos they sent with the photos I had taken before I sent it to them. But they didn’t respond to this when i emailed them. they sent my laptop back and I compared their photos with my laptop and there is no damage to the external case.  when I sent it to them it would charge if the laptop was off and I could use it fine for a few hours. but when I received it back it would not charge under any circumstances. Ill post copies of their email replies regarding the faults that they alleged I had caused. Im thinking of going to the small claims court. The fees are relatively small to raise the case but Medion will have to send a lawyer to refute my claim, which will cost them much more than what I will pay. I have given them a chance to fix the problem before I take them to the small claims courts. ... Meer weergeven

By the way, If you're using the radio with headphones, when you turn off the device, next time you turn on the radio the sound goes through speakers. Is that normal? It's weird because I have to unplug and plug again the headphones everytime you turn off.   Thanks! ... Meer weergeven

@kInGxIcE    There are number of reasons as to why the laptop would randomly shut down however the most common cause is that the product is overheating.   I would suggest performing a factory reset and contact your local Medion support team if the issue persists.   ... Meer weergeven

@Incarnatum    Yes, upgrading RAM is worth doing as you will notice improved performance when gaming. The max RAM capacity on your product is 64GB split between 2 slots.   The other upgradable component is the SSD. This will not necessarily improve performance however this will provide greater storage capacity. ... Meer weergeven

@Zelupi Sorry to see that you are experiencing this issue.   If the product turns on but no vacuum suction, please check the roller brush under the product for any stuck debris.   If the vacuum motor is not turning on you may wish to consider contacting your local Medion support team for further assistance. https://www.medion.com/gb/service/ ... Hello @Griff   Apologies for the delayed reply.   Try uninstalling then re-installing the drivers. Go to “Control Panel” then view by small icons. Click on “Device Manager”. Find Cameras, right-click it and choose Uninstall device. Restart Windows system and the driver will automatically be installed.   Also check that all drivers are up to date through Windows update. ... Meer weergeven

Hi, is it safe to have my erazer beast x25 laptop always in turbo mode when im gaming? Also do you have any tips on the spc settings in the control settings, what i should set them all to, this is a picture of the settings i am just curious to know which settings are best for gaming performance, im wondering what core clock offset is too and why its set as 0 etc, thanks   ...
