Hi @BobbyRob, and welcome to the Community.   With the steps below, Alexa registration should be possible:   Switch on the wireless speaker. Connect your mobile device to your Wi-Fi network. Start the MEDION SPEAKER app. Now tap on the settings. Now tap on AMAZON ALEXA. Log in with your Amazon Prime account. After successfully logging in, select the desired Alexa / system language and follow the further instructions. Your mobile device (smartphone or tablet PC) must be logged into the router's Wi-Fi network. To be able to use the Alexa functionality to the full extent, log in via the Amazon Alexa app with your user data.
