Hi @Weevil, and welcome to the community.   Please send us your BIOS version and we will check if there is a more recent version. The sound problem can probably be solved by resetting the Creative Sound drivers to the old drivers. Bonjour @RenéG ,   Il se peut que l'un de ces points n'ait pas été respecté et que des problèmes surviennent :   Éteignez le casque sans fil. Placez le casque sur les supports de l'émetteur. Assurez-vous que les contacts de charge du casque sont reliés aux contacts de charge de l'émetteur. Allumez l'émetteur à l'arrière de l'appareil. La LED de charge commence à s'allumer en vert. ( Avant la première utilisation, chargez les batteries pendant au moins 7 heures. ) Placez le casque sur les contacts de charge après chaque utilisation. Lorsque les batteries sont entièrement chargées, le voyant de charge s'éteint. REMARQUE Les piles ne se chargent pas lorsque l'émetteur est éteint.   Salutations, EastClintwood ... Meer weergeven

My guess is that the screen has a loose contact and the connector for the left USB port has come loose, so the problem could optimally be solved without spare parts. Hello @MrFox,   Did both problems occur from the beginning or did they occur separately? For now, I assume that the problems are separate and have nothing to do with each other:   The problem with the USB ports could be caused by faulty drivers. To fix this you can go to the device manager: 1. in the Device Manager window, click on USB Controller, then many items will be displayed. 2. Right click on the first USB controller listed and then select Disable Device from the pop-up menu. 3. Repeat step 2 to disable all listed USB controllers. 4. Restart your computer, and after the computer has started, Windows will automatically check for changed hardware and reinstall the uninstalled USB controllers. 5. finally, reconnect the USB device to the computer and check if the "USB ports not working" problem is fixed.   In the case of the screen problem, it would make sense to recreate the problem with an external screen so that some causes could be ruled out.   Please let us know if we could help you. Hallo @marc1966, en welkom bij de community.   Ga naar Instellingen → Taal en invoer, zoek dan Talen en selecteer uw taal. Nu zou u de toetsencombinatie Ctrl+Spatie moeten kunnen gebruiken om van taal te veranderen vanaf het fysieke Bluetooth-toetsenbord.   Een andere optie is het downloaden van Microsoft Swift Key, waarmee u ook de taal van uw toetsenbord kunt veranderen.   Gegroet, EastClintwood ... Hi @Tecnos,    The thermal pads that are installed cannot be ordered from the Medion service shop.   However, other pads can be used without problem.   I would install the SSD without thermal pads first and test how the temperature of the SSD behaves with your usage behaviour.   If the SSD gets too hot, thermal pads can always be installed later.   Regards, EastClintwood ...
