Hi guys, thanks for the help I actually sorted it, I opened up the laptop and something had come loose, I think the ssd drive, I just pushed it back in and no issues since!

Hi all When trying to turn on the laptop it says "default boot device or boot failed" I looked online and all the tutorials to fix this seem to be lenova laptops with different settings in BIOS Anyone have an idea how I csn fix this? Laptop was working fine earlier! Thank you!
