Hi recently bought this pc x87069 in Jan 2022 from medion factory outlet in Essen and I have just problems I play a game and it shuts down the only thing i can do is play candy crush (hee hee) I have reinstalled windows , stress test , all the available updates.The test say all is well but I suspect the cpu or gpu When it shuts down in the eventviewer it reads kernel 41 error ???? I am at a loss what to do, The temperatures are in the normal parameters the pc has not been overclocked , I have reduced the power performance to balanced.
