Just bought a Medion S15449 and USB devices are recognized but partially work.   -I have an external USB audio card which is recognized by Windows but not by its own software  -Kobo ebook reader is recognized as a device but Windows doesn't open it as a storage   Both device are recognized perfectly with the same USB cable with another Windows laptop Same behaviour on all USB ports (2.0 and 3.0) Uninstalled USB controllers and reinstalled USB drivers but nothing changed Other USB devices work fine (keyboard, mouse, usb drives...)   ... Hotone Ampero - No device connected

Hello,   Just bought a Medion S15449 and everything works pefect except the software I use to manage settings on my external USB audio card "Hotone Ampero". I installed latest driver from the Supplier. Windows detects it and can actually play audio through the audio card but the software is not able to detect the connected device.   The same software on my old Windows 10 PC does detect the connected device.   I already tried with : -different USB cables -Installing older device drivers -installing and re-installing everything and rebooting system in the meanwhile -updating to Windows 11 didn't fix this issue -resetting the audio card to factory settings Is there anything I can further try?   A more technical description of the problem with screnshots here: https://www.thegearpage.net/board/index.php?threads/ampero-editor-no-device-connected.2309406/   Thanks   ...
