This is so frustrating I have a tv which clearly is useless, I can watch ordinary tv no Sky, rang Medion left a message but nobody has responded. I think we should be compensated for a tv that doesn’t work properly, how long are we supposed to wait for a response from this company. I am paying for Sky when I cannot use it with the tv. Send me a full refund is what they should do. They clearly are pretty useless with there customer support. Hope this is sorted quickly. Not a very happy customer.
