Hi @Honsec and welcome to the FORUM!   If you have another user with ADMIN privileges you can use it to change the password of the ADMIN account (please click here to learn how to do so).   If you don't, then you can try to perform a factory settings reset which will reinstall your Windows and allow you to create another account which will have the ADMIN privileges. The downside is that, since it will restore the factory settings, all data will be deleted and all programs that did not come originally with Windows will be uninstalled.
