I will do that, thank you.   I'm not entirely sure which Android version the tablet runs. It was bought new in December 2019 (by my sister) as a present for my parents. I believe that was at an Aldi store in Belgium. It wasn't used or even powered up until a few months ago. It may have come with Pie, or may have updated itself to Pie by now; I don't know. But I will find out.   I asked my sister to install TeamViewer on the tablet, which she did. With it I should be able to log into the tablet myself and see if I (or they) can fix the issue.   We will find out on Sunday, our weekly phone call day  😊     ... Afficher plus
