Hi Thanks for the reply and yes I have tried the control centre but there is no option to change the led colour. My model is; System Model Erazer X7843 MD99945 System Type x64-based PC System SKU ML-210009 30020518 I don't know whether I am downloading the wrong software or maybe this laptop doesn't have that facility?
