As the title suggests the back light to my keyboard has stopped working suddenly. Recently the keyboard lights were stuck on the default lighting rather than the profile I had created. When I went on to Medion Control Center to change this, I selected the "lights" menu but the full menu won't load. When I try to interact with anything that has loaded the control center just crashes. Now the backlight doesn't work at all. I cannot change it through the control center for the reasons above and the hot keys on the keyboard aren't working either. This is an Erazer X6805 and my MSN is 30025006
