Hi @the_dodo    Has your issue been resolved?   I see the images you have sent are in French, so the French speaking d=forum may be able to assist better.   on my side with You may see the orange triangle and open lock because the BitLocker Drive encryption is disabled this may have been needed in your repair.   Restart your PC to install any updates, check the icon again, and if it was still there, check the BitLocker app in Control Panel to find out what's wrong. Hi @Tpaslou    If your unit is within the warranty period and you contact your local Medion customer service centre they will be able to organise a new PSU to be sent to you free of charge.   If out of warranty the PSU should be available on the Medion service shop website  https://www.medion.com/medionserviceshop/en/    If the issue continues please reach out on the forum or contact your local Medion service centre    Thanks   ... Hi @Johnnythefox    Are you able to supply the MSN number (8 digits long found on the back on unit) A BIOS update may solve the issue if you can supply your current version, I maybe able tot find an updated version. But from you description it sounds like the battery has failed.   Regarding Medion sending a battery I believe under there warranty conditions the unit may need to be returned for this to be changed.   I would suggest to contact your local Medion service centre and request a collection of your unit have the unit assessed and have the battery changed.   Thanks  ... Hi @curbyi    This looks like it could be an issue with the Microsoft Edge settings, resetting the MS Edge settings to their default should fix this. 1-Open the Microsoft Edge 2-Click on the three dots(...) and click on settings 3-Click on "Reset settings" on the left panel 4-Click on "Restore settings to their default values" and then click on the "Reset" button 5-When finished, relaunch the Edge and check if the problem is fixed  This will reset your startup page, new tab page, search engine, and pinned tabs. It will also turn off all extensions and clear temporary data like cookies. Your favorites, history and saved passwords will not be cleared. If the issue continues, it could be a corruption of the Edge installation, you can repair Edge installation on the Apps settings. 1-Click on Start then click on Settings 2-Click on Apps, then click on Installed apps 3-Search for "Microsoft Edge", click on the three dots (...) and click on "Modify" 4-Then click on the "Repair" button and follow the instructions 5-When finished, relaunch the Edge and check if the problem is fixed ... Hi @giorginho88    Please verify all vents are not blocked and you are using your device on a hard flat surface, the below instructions may assist in disabling intel arc, the Intel site also have options on how to do this    Disabling Intel Arc Control at Startup: Open the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc. Switch to the "Startup" tab. Locate "Intel Arc Control" in the list of startup applications. If found, select "Intel Arc Control," then click "Disable" at the bottom right. Adjusting Notification Settings: Launch "Intel Arc Control" and click the "Settings" icon. Navigate to "App Preferences" and select "Notification." Turn off the "Show notification" option. Close "Intel Arc Control" and restart your system. This should prevent non-essential pop-ups. Uninstall and Reinstall: Uninstall the "Intel Arc Control" Software. Hi @uuusho    yes this does seem strange 2 BIOS versions, are you able to access the BIOS on boot and read the version that should show on the bottom of the screen?  I see the unit you have is sold in Spain, please check the service site and driver package for any Bios updates.   MSN 30030350 Spain https://www.medion.com/es/service/   UK https://www.medion.com/gb/service/    With the current version shown in the BIOS on boot we can check for any updated BIOS versions.   Thanks    ...
