dear @cpanjwani0000 You would have to check with the retailer you purchased from for this, if it was purchased directly through Medion you will find information on the returns period from the Medion web site, if within the specified returns period and the unit is in its original condition you will be able to return for a refund and then purchase what you need. thanks

Hi @PanPanPan as the volume works with other features this leads me to think it is something to do with the radio settings, do you have the MSN number to fully identify the unit and see if there is a reset or update procedure. thanks

hi @amaand12 as far as I am aware the fan light colour cannot be changed, however if you have the MSN number so we can full identify the unint we can double check this. thanks

hi @shaman101 Please find a link to a generic manual of the MEDION ERAZER X7830 (MD 99454) the unit as explained is from 2014 so a service manual maybe difficult to find. If your unit has no drives installed then it will only boot to BIOS, also it originally came with Windows 8 so please check the compatibility of the Windows version you have been trying to boot from USB. Hi @tinahplays this may be caused by a Windows update please try the below steps and if this does not work please contact your local Medion service centre MEDION service Go to Nvidia site and download latest driver (keep) Go to device manager > Display Adaptors (right click) > Tick box attempt the uninstall > then uninstall Go back to device manager and Microsoft Display drivers will show Go online and Intel site will have "Intel ARC centre" and download driver for their laptop (it will search automatically) Then download Nvidia driver you already have Restart unit Thanks
