Hi @Brian_DP    Welcome to the community!    Do you get the same problem while using headphones?    Is there anything in the computers environment that could be causing any interference? such as high output transmitters, faulty electricals etc.? Hi @ricsi1012    Reducing the fan speed will increase the heat. If the fans are working too hard, first check to see which resource is being used. For example, is it the GPU, CPU or both? Is a certain program using too much? I’d certainly recommend looking at the temperatures displayed in the command centre. If they get too hot, you will see signs of thermal throttling.   You should be able to use either version of the command center however the later versions tend to have more features.    You can check the Serial number and MSN in the BIOS, the MSN will be located at the end of the SKU number. The MSN is showing that this unit has BOE NE173FHM-NZ1 panel which, after checking the spec's is a TFT panel.    Thanks!  Mats749 ... Mehr anzeigen

Hi @tedukedo,    It sounds like its the GeForce experience your referring to which requires an account to use. I know of two other ways of updating the drivers outside of this, including manually downloading the driver from the NVIDIA website or updating them through the device manager.    I've personally found updating them from the device manager isn't my personal choice as it doesn't contain the latest.    I know no way of getting the GeForce experience working without an account I'm afraid    Thanks  mats749   ... @ADooley8    Sorry, let me expand my last,    The temperature is dependent on a lot of variables including environmental, type of load etc.   While temps of 100c are not unheard of while under high load, perhaps there are certain other factors that could be changed to improve the heat dispersion such as repasting the CPU, cooling stands, dusting etc.    The warranty solution was pointing towards the repasting of the CPU if required. Hi @BobDylan1966    You'll be able to set the fan profile to custom and adjust the fan speed, Although I see that its already set on Automatic which will use the best fan profile for the temp of the computer. Hi @BobDylan1966    Welcome to the community,    The crawler E10 may have the command center installed, This command center will allow you to adjust the fan profiles. You can type "Command center" into the search box on the task bar and this will allow you to open the program.    When gaming, the fans will be on however there are a lot of variables involved.  For example, If the graphics settings are too high, it will cause the GPU to work harder which will cause more heat generation in turn the fans to work harder.    If you feel like the fan noise is excessive or strange, please contact your local medion service support.    Thanks  Mats749  ...
