Can you please provide me further information? - What is your current bios version - What is your current motherboard version (use data from CPU-Z utility) - Who has instructed you to update BIOS and why? - Would you be willing to try swapping the processor without a Bios update?   If you buy the processor from websites that accept returns you would be even safer if something goes wrong   Regards, Gehringer   ... Hi @Mark ,   there are a couple of other things you could try before determining that it is a HW fault.   Have you tried to connect with the device using another phone?   Have you verified that the wifi on the phone was on and that both devices were connected to the same network?   Regards, Gehringer ... Hi @Flem ,   if you have tested the E6424 charger in another computer and it works then we can discard a faulty charger. You can try at least two different things in order to gather more evidence on whether or not your NB has a HW fault.   First, you can try a static discharge as shown in this topic   Then, if it does not solve the problem, you can try a factory settings reset. You can find instructions on how to perform it on your user manual  Just be aware that you should back your data up before going on with this.   If nothing works then I suspect it may be a faulty hardware and then you can call Medion technical support to have your NB repaired.   Please let us know if any of these solutions solved your problem.   Regards, Gehringer  ... Hi @yurikha and welcome to the forum!   I have found this driver update from 2003 for your camera and it looks like you will need to run either Win 98 or Win ME in your virtual machine to install it. That might be the reason why you are not able to have your camera recognized as an external device.   Another idea would be to have these old Windows running on an old PC instead of a virtual machine   I also don't think your camera has an internal removable memory card.   Regards, Gehringer ... OA3xOriginalProductKey PS : Les majuscules ou les minuscules ne sont pas pertinentes.
