Any format. You can place  5.25" HDDs,  2,5" Notebook HDD or SSD, and last, but not least an additional M.2 SSD 2280, M+B key, with  SATA protocol.

Because, the equipped bootdrive is in most PCs with a B460H6 mainboard a PCIe M.2 .

But this depends on your PC model. Please name the MSN of your PC.
