@marokkanisch - First, welcome to the Community,

since there is no english version of the manual i will try to explain the part from site 16 of the german manual here:

The handling of recording and playback is realised using the PVR mode. To enter PVR mode simply press the PVR button on the remote control. To go back to receiver mode just press the EXIT button.

Once in PVR mode you'll see an icon in the upper left screen which will show the available options. You can access them via number key.

By pressing the OK button you can switch between the overlays of the PVR mode.
