TV MD 30060 problem with color stripes upon subtitles

I have problem with weird stripes on TV. They shows everywere upon subtitles. In movies but also in menu. What to do? 😞

Has it always been like this?
It's possible that a setting on the device is affecting the subtitle image. Perform a ground fault clearance and then a factory reset. If this doesn't resolve the issue, try a different input signal (e.g., a friend/neighbor) to rule out the problem.

I think its from the begining like that, but i'm not sure, becasue, when you just watch tv you can miss it. It shows when you go to menu or android tv. I have done reset to factory setting and it did not help. It shows always in same place on TV (as on photo) in the center on the top part of tv. Weird issue. I think its shows when under is something white (like subtitles). Maybe its just device issue?
