Medion x18200 65 inch 4k TV

Hi All,
My Tv doesn't boot up, it gets passed the medion load-up screen then goes black. After that it goes back to the medion loading screen and switches off. I had the technician out and he just flashed it within 1 min.
It appears the same thing needs to be done again. Instead of having a technician come out again I'd like to just do it myself. This could be a common problem with the Amazon Tv box and both appliances going into sleep mode(s). I'd hate to have to have a technician coming every 4-5 weeks... just to re-flash everytime.
Could someone point me in the right direction here to download the flash file?

Hi @Flurodave, 

I couldn't find any downloads for the model X18200, if you have the MSN number you should be able to find all available downloads for your TV through this site. Though I'm not sure if there is something like a flashtool available for this system. 

Why do you think it could be caused by your amazon TV box?
