Does anyone else experience a very annoying reflection of the webcam (flash) light on the right side of the screen when using it? It's visible during daylight hours, but more visible when it's darker in the room. it's like the webcam hasn't been installed correctly, so the flashlight shines through and you'll end up with a permanent reflection of it on your screen.

do you have any photos of that?

Please make sure that you point the camera towards an empty wall before taking the photo, so it will protect your privacy and the photo will be approved by moderators.

these photos were taken with the webcam. so the reflection is on the left side of the of the photo.

Hi @CEM ,

it looks to me that there is indeed a light causing this reflex, and it does not look like a software/compatibility related issue.

I would advise you to contact Medion technical support to receive information on how to return the unit to the service center for further assessment
