Accessing menus from TV itself

Hi everyone. We've recently acquired a Logix TV and when we press the buttons at the side of the TV (note remote) and access the menus, we can't find out how to select the function we want.

The manual doesn't say.

Which button do I press please?

Inside you will find the  informtions you need. Check Page 7 first - then check page 19

If you press the menu button,  you can scroll through the menu with the up/down buttons,

But it would be more easy to make use of the remote control-
