Failure to boot to recovery

Erazer Deputy P30 MSN=30034001
RTFMd and it will not boot form F11 key into recovery mode as suggested
Won't boot into Windows Auto recovery either - sits for ages then goes to the Medion Logo and hangs
Same with W11 USB boot stick
Tried setting the efi file as trusted
Tried HIRENS Boot CD on USB stick which gets "loading files" progress and again the MEDION logo and hangs

BIOS Ver 1.07.02RME1_010

Purchased just over 2 years ago

Boot from file attempted with efi file from BIOS update download 00_Bios_Specialist_p10_ which looks like wrong model? But that comes up with a screen too quic to read and BIO FAIL

attemp 2 with NPxxPNP-M_BIOS_1.07.04REM1 but none of efi files do any good
Tooke battery out for static discharge and tried boot without SSD installed which again failed at hang on MDEION logo when rescue USB tested

Clock is OK so not battery
Tried W11 install ESD-USB also hanging at MEDION logo 😞

Disabled secure boot thinking blocking but had also tried adding trusted efi
Tried clear TPM in sheer desperation

Any support welcomed

Can't afford a new gaming laptop for my wife at the current time please help

@spytfyre

Did you manage to get your Deputy P30 running with the MediaCreationBootstick?

If yes, what was the reason?

A feed back wold be nice.

No the windows 10 and 11 install derives fail also

Waiting like everyone else for a BIOS flash and getting increasingly angry

Apologies for the delay in reply I lost my login credentials sand the reset password seems hopeless, (eventually found browser on mobile had stored an account)

I've found the fix, got my laptop up and running again. On a usb stick, you need the Bootx64.efi file from the gigabyte link and the .BIN file for your laptop from the Medion website specific for your laptop / desktop. Startup BIOS and select run from file, from the usb select the Bootx64.efi and wait a minute for the system to start. When it does type fs0:

Then type the full name of your .BIN file and press enter.

Let the magic happen and you can buy me a beer anytime 😀

Sorry Life threw a lot at me so I gave up after getting lost in the fix instructuions

No is the short answer
The PDF gives me a longer list of files in  the resulting USB than I can get form the gigabyte download which seems to be the EFI file and the 01.Chipset~ folder from MEDION has a setup.exe and no FlashMe.nsh  a pile of driverFiles that make no sense to me so I am still sitting in front of a dead laptop but got to the stage 12 where the EFI has booted and I need the FlashMe for the Erazer Deputy P30
Searched for the above and it took me here

Re: New Bios for Medion Erazer P30 - Page 4 - MEDION Community

Which brings me back HERE lol

EDIT 1

Hang on - downlaoded 00_BIOS_SPecialist_P10 and have managed to get the flash.sh to say OCMPLETED and now in process of loading 1.07.04RME1 replacing 1.07.02RME1_10

So I am not dead yet

not on cart

going for a walk

etc

EDIT 2

well I did the Axolotl method of ignoring the guide specifics - going with gut instinct and a bit of what worse can it do -  and it works now - back to my wife to start gaming again!

Thans all
