Cannot reset my Medion E3222-MD63310 Touch Screen Laptop

Due to the massive incompetence of PAID AVG support who installed software that I cannot uninstall, I am left with no choice but to completely wipe my Notebook.

BUT it will not wipe it goes through the motions but always starts back as it was can anyone offer some assistance?

@Geoff_M57

The only way is to install Windows again from scratch. You should prepare with the Microsoft Media Creation Tool a USB-Stick which contains the applicable Win Iso.

https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/software-download/windows10ISO

Check for the english version.

You can boot with this stick and install Windows anew. Drivers you can download from the Medion Service page.

HI @Geoff_M57 and welcome

helps you the user manual from page 40, http://download2.medion.com/downloads/anleitungen/bda_40070561.pdf

Executing the UEFI Firmware Configuration,You can only run the configuration program upon system startup. If the notebook has already started up, switch it off and restart it. Press the F2 key to run the UEFI firmware configuration.

google translate does not always translate everything right, you do not even come in safe mode?

Hi Thanks for replying but that option is not available in my BIOS.  I had to download the windows tools and reinstall windows that worked.
