Paper is stuck in my Medion 86516 scanner

Hello Medion Community! Hope you're having a lovely day.

I have a Medion 86516 combo scanner and a piece of paper is stuck in the insertion slot. The scanner scanned half of the paper, then stopped and it hasn't worked since. Pressing again on the Power button of the scanner does not fix this problem.

What can I do? Please help!

Hi @JuliaB ,

this is not a good experience with the scanner, which was sold in 2012. We unfortunately have no product sample available, but can you manage to open the device? Of course there´s a risk of damaging the device, but I fear, that there´s no other option.
