My Medion TV, 6 months old is st k on the Netflix home page. How do I fix this? I put new batteries in the remote I can’t get off the page. Thanks

Hi @SybariteAngel ,
It looks like that the app has frozen.
Please unplug your TV from the wall socket, wait around 2 minutes and then plug it back to the wall socket.
It should refresh your TV.
