Aldi XS Car Battery Charger Only Blue Blinking Screen

Can anyone help me with a problem I am having with my Aldi XS Car Battery Charger. From the moment I plug the device in, the display screen begins flashing blue, the whole screen, and does not stop. What does this mean. Thank you kindly to anyone who can help.
