w10 drivers for Akoya s15449 (md 62125)

How is it possible that the drivers for this notebook ( Akoya s15449 (md 62125)) are not available to download? there are only manuals. 😠

https://www.medion.com/es/service/product-detail/30031048

I have installed w10 from a pendrive and contrary to what is explained in the link above, w10 has not detected a lot of devices, and as this laptop lacks an ethernet connection, I cannot connect to the internet for updates or search for drivers. Here I put a list of the hardware ID not detected:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9A03&SUBSYS_A0251E39&REV_01
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A0A3&SUBSYS_A0251E39&REV_20
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A0C8&SUBSYS_B0251E39&REV_20
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A0E0&SUBSYS_A0251E39&REV_20
ACPI\VEN_PTK&DEV_0001
ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_34C5
ACPI\VEN_INTC&DEV_1040
USB\VID_8087&PID_0026&REV_0002
ACPI\VEN_INTC&DEV_1043
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A0C5&SUBSYS_A0251E39&REV_20
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A0A4&SUBSYS_A0251E39&REV_20
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A0E8&SUBSYS_A0251E39&REV_20

I have tried to find the drivers with those IDs and it has been impossible to identify what hardware it is

Problem solved.

After I don't know how w10 installed the drivers, I proceed to install DriverBackup! https://sourceforge.net/projects/drvback/ and make a copy of them to avoid future problems

Hi!

The support say me that this laptop don't have drivers for install.

The solution is to look for the Wi-Fi card driver and then be able to update the rest of the drivers with the windows update or from the device manager. To search for the driver, use for example the "3DP_Net" tool. You download it to another pc and copy it to your new laptop.

All that as long as Microsoft wants, when it doesn't want to provide that service, what will happen?
Or suppose that one day you have to reinstall the system, and for whatever reason you do not have internet, or you are in the middle of the jungle or your internet provider has crashed, but you have your external hard drive with your drivers previously in your comfortable home you downloaded.
