I recently installed windows 10 2004 version and dont recognize the video driver . Where I can find the video driver for that windows version ? Or what windows version I need install for its better performance , I need help fast please. 🙏

if you have Windows 10 you can upload the driver directly from the device manager.

Alternatively, you can check for drivers at video card manufacturer website.

The GPU is an Intel HD Graphics, a driver-tool can be found at their website.

I try everything and it doesn't work and is not only video , same as audio , I can't use my hdmi port. Can u send me a good driver for mail , whatsapp , mega . The msn is 30019439

Hello @GabrielMC,

That`s indeed strange.

Please go to Device Manager -> Audio/Video & Graphics Adapters and expand the relevant sections. Then check if there is a listed driver or not.

Right click on each driver listed and select the "update driver" option.

It doesn't work , the controller's doesn't found the video driver , I don't know how to fix , it's any place where I can found the originals drivers ???

I have uploaded original drivers. Try "chipset" and "win8" instaler. Then "sound" "win8" "PG033" "setup.exe" and reboot,
