Hi all,
Is it possible to upgrade my PC, that i bought in 2014, from the Windows10 it came with to Windows11?
If so, how do i go about it?
I'm a 57yo male with hardly a clue about PC's & technology but i will try to find you the information you may require to assist me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂
Cheers, Thanks.
Regards

Hello @TheFisherKing and welcome.
It's not looking good.
Officially, your i5-6400 CPU isn't compatible with Windows 11.
You can upgrade your H110H4-EM motherboard to an i7-6700, https://community.medion.com/t5/kb/en/ta-p/153046
but that's not compatible with Windows 11 either.

My PC meets the Processor, RAM, Storage, & Display minimum requirements
but i am unsure if it has the minimum:
1) System firmware (UEFI, Secure Boot capable). Microsoft has a link on how PC's might meet the requirement. But i don't understand it 😞
2) TPM (Trusted Platform Module version 2). Likewise, Microsoft has a link on how PC's might meet the requirement. But i don't understand it 😞
3) Graphics card. Minimum requirement is Compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver. According to the Medion page, with my PC's details, my graphics card is: "GPU (integrated in CPU)".
Here is the Medion page for my PC with system specifications & other information:
