I cant find how to update BIOS for my B760H7-EM Motherboard so my i7-14700F CPU doesn't get damaged

I bought a pre built gaming pc about a week ago. MEDION Erazer Bandit P20 Gaming PC - Intel® Core™ i7, RTX 4060 Ti, 1 TB SSD from currys. It has the motherboard i specified above but I cant find a way to update bios so my CPU doesn't get damaged. The bios version I'm on is 760H7EMW0X.207, 24/02/2024 and I am aware the patch for the issue was released at a later date than this. So how would I go about updating the bios as I can find almost nothing about this motherboard online and no information about updating bios for this board.

MEDION B760H7-EM motherboard with 17-13700 CPU.

Même problème, elle semble fabriquée par ECS - carte B760h7-M20.

Mais pas de BIOS téléchargeable sur leur site non plus.

Medion semble bloquer la carte avec leur BIOS et il est impossible d'ajuster les fréquences RAM ( 150euros à la poubelle).

Fréquences bridées à 4400 alors que la carte peu aller à 5600

Good morning, I'm having issues updating the bios in my Medion PC.
Specs: Item: Medion Engineer X32 Gaming PC, Intel Core i7-13700, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070, Windows 11 Home

 I have tried to enable the VMD controller in BIOS, however my drive does not then boot.

Hi Uragg,

I have the same trouble. The PC doesn't reboot after enabling the VDM Controller (the famous blue screen).

The upgrade is importants for the stability, seems that MEDION support has some issues.

C'est un souci avec une configuration dans le bios. Malheureusement après modification, le PC ne démarre plus, un bel écran bleu.

Et le support est inexistant, ils se cachent leur incapacité derrière des demande de numéro de série, facture, etc...
