Can someone help me, with an order that I've placed?

Hi guys, I just placed an order in Germany for a laptop from Medion on the official store medion.de, and I have huge problems in contacting them and talking with them, the laptop was supposed to be a gift and it didn't arrive at all. The thing is when I made the order I didn't had an account on their website since my german is quite shitty, and after I made the order I also made an account, the thing is on my account I don't have any orders, I tried to reach them on facebook since, on the telephone number they don't even respond, I just want to try explaining them and find a solution to this manner. I'm quite desperate since I also made the payment in full, the laptop was supposed to be a gift.
