medion akoya e7225 won't start

Hello, I have a medion akoya e7225 that have no signs of life apart from small clics when i plug the charger in,
please help!

Does the led charging light switch on?

If it does not, can you try with a different charger?

If none of the troubleshooting works, I believe you will need to contact your local Medion technical support team

Hi @Gehringer thank you very much for your reply but i just found the problem,it was a ram issue.
