lost sound after new windows instalation

Hi, many thx for reciving me here.

i really need your help, my soon as format the medion akoya s2217, and formated all drives, so after he can~t fixed again....

i have fix the boot rec and manage to instal win10 again, but there no sound card installed, so strange because it was whorking ok.

any solution? many thx

Have you tried installing the driver for the Soundcard? It can be downloaded online through the following link.
