USB devices working partially on my Medion laptop

Just bought a Medion S15449 and USB devices are recognized but partially work.

-I have an external USB audio card which is recognized by Windows but not by its own software 

-Kobo ebook reader is recognized as a device but Windows doesn't open it as a storage

• Both device are recognized perfectly with the same USB cable with another Windows laptop

• Same behaviour on all USB ports (2.0 and 3.0)
• Uninstalled USB controllers and reinstalled USB drivers but nothing changed
• Other USB devices work fine (keyboard, mouse, usb drives...)

I tried the device with a bootable Linux distro and it's being fully recognized.

What could be missing on Windows? Everything seems to be updated to last version, also checked with Medion Service App.
