Some keys Medion Akoya E6421 not working. Front cover won't open.

Hi,

Some keys on my Medion Akoya E6421 are not working.

I have removed the battery and pressed the start button for 60s, as well as reinstall the keyboard drivers. This does not solve the problem.

A youtube tutorial on a similar issue adviced to clean the ribbon of your keyboard. 

Because the keyboard of my laptop is under the front cover of my laptop, I first had to remove the front cover which did not go, as the cover couldn't be removed where the DVD player was.

Are there alternatives that i can try and does anyone know if there are any videos or guides on how to open the cover of the Medion Akoya E6421.
