Problem with the AKOYA E15302 fan

I have a weird fan problem in the medion akoya E15302 Laptop , It just run normally that stops immediatly doing a really weird voice , i have a video that i could show on my discord which is YassWorld#4546 . Please i really need help with this problem and i which someone helps me to get the solution
