I'm going to tell what happened. As you know, version 207 of the bios is incompatible with Linux and that is why I got version 209, but when I installed it, the computer stops detecting the audio devices and the graphics card (which in my case is an MX150). I've tried installing both clean Linux and Windows and they don't work.

I've tried tried to communicate in many ways with them but they do not give me a solution, if you could upload the bios I would appreciate it

Hi,

When I try to install it, it appears a message saying: "This BIOS is not for your Notebook PC." What should I do?

@javigom

You arte sure you have the same version Windows installed as at the time the Biosfile  was published?

Your battery is at least 50% charged, and power supply is attached? Start the update with rightclick as an admin.

This I do not know exactly.  It depends on which date you bought your PC, and the date of when the Bios was published.

Similar PCs with the naming P6687 were sold wit Win 10; so I think your Win 10 is oK.

I just gave you some general rules.
