Perform a Static Discharge:
Please disconnect the laptop from the charger and remove all accessories.
Then, press and hold the power button for 60 seconds.
Afterwards, reconnect the charger, power on the laptop, and check if the issue persists.

 

Check Display and Connections:
If possible, connect an external monitor via HDMI or VGA to verify whether the laptop outputs video externally.
Additionally, if you feel comfortable opening the device, please reseat or inspect the internal display cable (LVDS/eDP) for any loose connections.

 

Does the laptop itself turn on, is there any fan noise, or does the keyboard turn on?

))) I check all of this ) I mean that my laptop fix on 0,59 Amp use and no any post. Batt CMOS reset. I change Intel ME in my dump to new and clear. I mean that i have some skeels. I ask about work dump or original full image drom producent
