Hi,
I have purchased two Medion Erazer Crawler E30 laptops, both of which have the same issue: after some time, they either boot up with no display or don't respond to the power button at all. Resetting the CMOS battery helps. Sometimes it works after a few tries. Recently, I managed to update the BIOS on one of them, and it worked for a week, but then I had to reset the CMOS battery again. The second one stopped working yesterday. I flashed the same BIOS as for the other one, but now there's no response at all.
Could you please provide a clean BIOS and EC dump? I have the necessary programmers to flash the file. The file available on the forum doesn't fit my laptop, and the laptop won't start with it.

Apparently, this issue is repaired under warranty, but I bought the laptops second-hand, and it turns out someone had already taken them apart. I’ve heard that replacing "one" component resolves the issue, and the laptop works as it should.

Hello. Did you solve the problem? I have the same problem in my laptop and I no longer have a warranty. If you know anything about it, please write. Best regards
