Medion E14410 fan very noisy

Hello,

I have a new Medion E14410 but the fan is very noisy,

Even at the lowest speed it's far too noisy.

Got any ideas to fix it?

It actually sounds like some ultrasounds or some vibrations

OK so i managed to open the laptop and it seems the fan is quiet IF you take it out of the laptop, if i put it back in the laptop there's a resonating sound that is really bad to the ear. Can you guys give me an idea what to do?

I completely broke the fan. I need a replacement. It was very bad quality
