Hello,
My laptop crashes often randomly with Blue Screen of Death.
Laptop Details:
Medion Akoya Laptop E15407 / MS 61956.
1. Re-installed the Windows 11 OS, wiping all the data in the drive, but still the issue persists.
2. Looked up at the event manager and understood the following details:
Source of BSOD: Kernel Power, Event ID: 41, Task category: 63.
The error occurs even on the Power source.
Can someone help with further steps to resolve this issue?
I am not able to find the BIOS for the laptop model in Medion website, Can someone share the link?
would like to ensure that the BIOS version is up to date

hi @vkousik
the error Kernel-Power: Event ID 41Task category: 63 is mostly caused by a faulty Power Supply so I suggest that you replace your PSU, and verifying your plugs.
If you contact Medion they will be able to assist in getting a new power supply sent to you

hi @RAZZ ,
Thanks for the reply.
By PSU, do you mean the PSU of the mainboard or AC adaptor for the laptop?
The error is noticed with AC supply and on battery too.
I wanted to make sure, that the BSOD happens due to HW issue.
In the meantime, i tried to look for the Memory.DMP or the MiniDump to have a look at the possible causes. But to my surprise, i could`nt locate these files in the C:\Windows\ (Including hidden folders and files).
Here is the MSN from my laptop: MSN 30029859.
