MEDION AKOYA E15408 bios request

HI.
Model MD63690
MSN no: 30030379
item code 1009781
sn:------- (Admin-Edit: For data protection reasons, please do not post serial numbers of devices, as this number is considered personal data)

Notebook restarts on heavier load. Also it lacks battery.

I have changed thermal paste, and removed dust, restarts still but not so often.  Is there a newer bios for it that could remedy power issues(current bios is A6R618_v0.17.5_m00p1tpg0)?
I would like to find battery but  searching for model i only see listed with intel cpu but mine is 4700u / 16gb / 512gb. Hence the confusion.
Any help appreciated.

Hi Fishtown,
information comes from the back of notebook. Except bios info it is from cpuid.
It also has a ryzen sticker, but it could be that it is repaired and some1 inserted different board. 1729326410893.jpg17293264108981.jpg

Hello @Prowler
I think you have a different floor with a different sticker, someone fooled you.

Was the device already in use when you purchased it or was it just being repaired?

The stickers (AMD Ryzen 4000 series 7) on the keyboard match your information, it seems to be an E15303.

Type “system information” in the search bar and open it. What does it say? Take a screenshot of it.

bye Fishtown

Hi @Fishtown,

it was already in use.
here is screenshot requested, screenshot system informationscreenshot system information

I could be fooled but 4700u is better than i5 from sticker version expected?
Anyway is there a bios update? and what could i do with spontaneous restarts? maybe windows reinstall?
