Hi, my laptop does not start though. Seems like the power supply is fine (led in the power supply is green ). There is no charge in the base unit or the tablet though if i try to connect them using any of the 3 power inputs.
Does this seem to be a problem with the charger or is it due to the batteries. Unfortunately the accessories are not available from Medion Service shop. Any suggestions on how i can get this resolved.
