I want to replace my hard drive with a Samsung 870 Evo, would it work?

My laptop is an Erazer P6679-MD60748. The SSD I want is a 2.5 inch SATA SSD so I'm just wondering if it would fit into the slot my laptop has. Thanks in advance. Here's the link to the SSD Amazon page:

Yes the Samsung will fit.

But optionally you might have a second mounting place for a second disk, Check page 33 in the manual
