HELP! Medion Erazer X25 Ghost Blobs

I reset my Medion Erazer X25 Laptop recently I just bought it off a website called Scan, about a week ago and the display on the laptop after resetting (factory resetting) it showed weird blobs of greyness on the screen, these blobs aren’t affected by display settings and just sit there, recently the number of blobs have significantly increased, if anyone knows a fix please tell me.

It looks like a defects in the screen. Scratches from te back side? Do you have guarantee? I would give it back, if possible.

Yeah I do, okay, I'm not sure how they appeared though thanks for the help I'll see if I can apply to get a new one.
