Hi,
I have a Medion Erazer Major X10, MSN 3003 4648, model MD62501. After replacing the battery, information like serial number, cycles, and capacity disappears after a few days. The charging voltage rises to 17.5 V instead of the original 15.4 V. I have tried several batteries, but the problem continues.
Could this be caused by a BIOS update? Is it possible to downgrade the BIOS or try a beta version? Also, where can I buy a verified original Medion battery?
Thank you for any advice.

Hi
Thanks for the link I have been using for a day to order from there but it didn't work, Paypal didn't work, until I saw that the link that shop was in is Germany. So I took a vpn and moved to Germany temporarily so I got a German IP then Paypal worked. Now I have ordered at least. So thanks for the help for that.
