external access to my 2TB NAS

On my network I can access my nas, via my PC and via my Medion Lifeclod app on my android phone via WiFi

but from the outside I cannot access the NAS: if I am outside my house and use 3G I cannot connect anymore.

but this was working until a few months agoo!!!

is there a problem with the Medion "ddns" and can he not find my access IP adres?
