Website Driver section not working

Hello everyone.
I went to the support section of the website looking for drivers and other support downloads, but I experienced an issue: as I insert my device info, all I get is a spinnning circle animation looping forever.

No other page loading or stuff.

Why?

Please, help.

At the moment it only works by entering the MSN number from the device.

Hi @eedeeota ,

Fishtown is absolutely right. We have been experiencing an IT issue, which we are currently working on and which makes it necessary to type in the 8-digit MSN article number to get all appropriate downloads provided.

This hopefully will be fixed within the coming days.

Yes, I indeed tried with my MSN number (MSN30034003), but no luck.

All I see is that spinning circle.

Nevermind, if I omit the MSN part and enter just the number part (30034003) it works instantly!
