Dear Medion Customer Support,
I'm from Saudi Arabia and I bought my laptop from Amazon.sa. First I apologize for tricking my way into registering, but I couldn't find any way to ask for help then, and even now.
The laptop is only 1.5 years old with extremely light usage. Now the dGPU gives artifacts and flashes. If I disable it, the iGPU works perfectly even if the performance is much lower. The several times I played before were with not problem and now it's there as soon as I start the game. I'm well versed in technical diagnoses at this level of problems and I'm pretty sure the dGPU or something directly connected to it broke internally. Not physical shocks reached the laptop at all.
I have a legit invoice and the warranty is still valid. How can I make use of it? The laptop is a UK version. So the UK region seems to be my best bet here.
Your help in this matter is highly appreciated.

first of all welcome to the forum and my first questionn would be, how you expect the "audience" to help you without nleaving any kind of information, which system, which product you are running?

I'm under the impression the laptop is defective, not that it needs software support. I'm looking for how to ship it under the warranty for hardware inspection, therefore the dealer's input in this so I asked accordingly. Sorry about that.
The problem developed little by little until game play became unplayable on demanding games like Elden Ring and even Dark Souls 3.
The laptop is "Medion Deputy P25 15.6" AMD Ryzen 5-5600H 16GB 512 FHD 144Hz RTX 3060 Gaming Laptop, Black, 30033536" (all stock software) as mentioned on the purchase page which is:

thanks for the information that helps us to specify the laptop,whichis a ERAZER Deputy P25 (MD 62304). First thing you can do is to run the MEDION Service App, which can be donloaded here:
To open up a potentialservice case I suppose you´llhave to get in contact with your distributor(Amazon).
We surely can continue the discussion in english language,which is no big challange.
Another hint: To mention a community user so that they are notified when you reply, write an @ sign in front of their name (e.g. @Major_Tom)
