The screws are located in the bag with the remote control and in the box of the stand. There is an additional screw in the battery compartment of the remote control.
First log in to the service homepage or create an account. You can then enter the specific MSN of your device under My account and Register new product.
Each appliance has a type plate with MSN / MD number. Depending on the appliance type, this can be found on the underside, rear, inside or on the packaging.
If a Bluetooth remote control is not used for a longer period of time, it can transmit inputs twice. Unpairing and reconnecting solves the problem in the short term.
Use the OK button on the remote control to open the channel list, select Channel Mode and then Sort. Set this to Normal to be able to move HD and SD channels freely.
